Date: 2012-02-21 02:40 pm (UTC)It's lazy. It's being ignorant of canon or at the very least a flagrant disregard for canon. Why bother with a particular Vampire fandom if you're not going to write it correctly?

Also: I totally want to read about hybrid pregnancy fic now. TOTALLY.
