Jack asks Tosh what she thinks in a perfunctory sort of way – after all, she doesn’t need to know just yet that the only opinions that matter here are his – and she tells him she thinks Suzie seems sort of insane and does she even have the right skills to join Torchwood? Jack shrugs and phones in Suzie’s resignation for her, while Tosh makes disapproving noises in the background.
